at the Cameron Park Tour Meeting on Thursday, February 9th
at 8:30 a.m. held at the Cameron Park Community Center, 2502
Country Club Drive.
In addition to reviewing the homes on tour, this meeting will also have a presentation by Attorney Dave Tanner who will review the 2012 new laws affecting REALTORS® and our real estate industry. Most of these laws became effective January 2012. They include such topics as: advertising; disclosures; discrimination; employment; homeowners associations; landlord-tenant; licensing; mortgage loans and much more.
